Yes! You are welcome to visit our showroom at 292 Abbeydale Rd, Nether Edge, Sheffield S7 1FL, United Kingdom. Our showroom is open Monday – Sunday | 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM (GMT).
3. What areas do you ship to?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping — no minimum spend required.

5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely FREE on all orders across the UK. There are no hidden delivery charges.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also use our Order Tracking page at https://enclosedspaces.co.uk.
7. What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
9. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
11. Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
