We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window. You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery

• Unused and in their original condition

• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

• Not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage or fault

• Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Processing

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Exchanges
