Return & Refund Policy

At Enclosed Spaces By Martin Stuart, our goal is to provide quality furniture and home décor with reliable service. If your order does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is clear, simple, and fair.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all accessories
  • Returned within the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

  • Email support@enclosedspaces.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Ship the item back in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
