At Enclosed Spaces By Martin Stuart, we are committed to delivering your furniture and home décor safely and on time. Every order is carefully packed and shipped using reliable carriers.


Shipping Overview

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT)
  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping Time: 5–7 Business Days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–10 Business Days

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the next business day. We do not process orders on Mondays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.


Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging and contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Email the photos along with your order number to support@enclosedspaces.co.uk. Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
